Standard Hardware Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • One Year Warranty (carry-in to KL support centre) on parts and labour
  • First 30 days DOA, one-to-one exchange.
  • After 30 days upon purchase, faulty items shall be sent to manufacturer for replacement, this shall usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.
  • For mail return, customer shall contact us via support@taknet.com.my for an RMA number for the faulty item and shipped the item with the RMA number written on the package to Taknet Support Centre in KL, any shipping charges will be borne by customer. Taknet will ship the replaced items free-of-shipping charges to the customer.

2nd, 3rd Year Extended Standard Hardware Warranty

  • Warranty (carry-in to KL support centre) on parts and labour
  • Charges of fees per year to be paid together with system purchase.

On Site Hardware Support Services

  • Charges of fees per year to be paid together with system purchase.

  • Per Visit @ RM600 (Up to 2 Hours) – Within Klang Valley
